Day 01 : Palangka Raya Airport – Transfer in to your hotel
We will Pick you up at Tjilik Riwut airport short briefe then go to Artz Hotel, free program (no meal).
Day 02 : Palangka Raya, Sabangau River, Museum, Puntun (BLD)
After breakfast at hotel, go to Kereng Bangkirai port. Enjoy by boat seigh seing black river of Sabangau. Go to Museum Balanga, we will know history about Dayaknese what they’re do from pregnance ritual, married (3rd process before done), and till pass away. Their philosophy about long house, weapon and etc. Take lunch at Rumah Makan Samba, special culinary about dayaknese (young rattan as vegetable, only here in the world rattan tobe food), kandas sarai (lemongrass mix with fish). Seigh seing go to First President Sukarno Monument Central Borneo joint to Indonesia. Cruise by simple boat to see how local people live in river. Go to Puntun/Rindang Banua village, this area is Banjarnese tribe. For dinner at local restaurant Tjilik Riwut Resto, and enjor their signature drink (tea+lemongrass+honey) and local traditional alcohol drink, call “Baram”, like Sake). Check in hotel.
Day 03,: Bukit rawi Dayaknese traditional, Orang utan (BLD)
After breakfast, go to Bukit Rawi (1st Dayaknese village before Palangka Raya tobe town) 17 km going north by car. At here we will see how to find rattan, see how to tapping rubber and (see local people mining gold by floating small house in the river; if posible coz this is ilegal). See local people made souvenir for rattan. See house of bone at Sigi village and Tuwung. Take lunch at Kumkum/Kampung lauk. Go to Tangkiling, 32 km from Palangka Raya, by boat about 2 hour goto Bapalas and Kaja island at Rungan River (in near Kaja Island we can swim in black river and litle trecking), to see orang utan, go to BOS – borneo orang utan survival Foundation, and discus and learn how theyr’e manage orang utan. Back to Palangka Raya and Go to souvenir shop. Dinner at local restaurant/Senayan/Palem Asri/Soto Banjar. Enjoy corn barbeque/coffe at Yos Sudarso street for see night cafe at Palangka Raya. Back to hotel.
Day 4: Palangka Raya – Petuk Katimpun Dayaknese traditional – Museum – Sabangau National Park (BLD)
After breakfast. Check out. Go to Petuk Katimpun village, 15 minute from hotel. See dayaknese village near the river. Joint to local activy Ransel Buku, how local people teach their children at local library, studying for reading and writing, give donation like children book story in english or book and pen to them). By boat see local people live in river. Take lunch at local restaurant. Go to local market to see local people activity at Pasar Kahayan or Pasar Besar. Dinner.
Day 5: Palangka Raya –Transfer out (B)
After breakfast. Transfer out to an airport. End tour.

Road transport : Pangkalan Bun Airport/Kumai/Pangkalan Bun Airport, Boat ( klotok) Transfort : A wooden river boat about 12m by 2m with a roof that form upper deck, a great place for viewing the surrounding. Toilet facilities and very basic shower facilities aboard the klotok. The top deck is where you can sleep with mosquito net covering the whole canopy.
Full board meals: Breakfast, Dinner, Lunch. All meals are very well presented, fresh and hygiene with very a good varieties, Snacks, tea/coffee , bottle of water are provided onboard klotok and trekking

These packages are excluding expenses incurred due to causes beyond our control (force major) and expenses also incurred due to flight cancellation & delay are not covered by The Borneo Safari tour. We will assist in the rescheduling of all flights & organizing suitable accommodation transport and meals etc… but all cost are covered by yourself if these circumstances occur. Please also advice when booking of any medical conditions or allergies (including food). So that an alternative can be arranged.
