Day 01.Airport-Kumai-Tanjung Harapan Camp
We will pick you up at the airport or hotel in Pangkalan Bun. Then drive to Kumai by airport taxi ( approximately 20 Minutes) Passing several villages. Upon arrival in Kumai. Boat up the river to explore mangrove, nipa palm and wildlife along the Sekonyer while lunch is prepared on the boat. Prepare yourself the first encounter with the orangutan after trekking in Borneo jungle we will meet the giant ape in Tanjung Harapan Camp. Get your camera ready, not only during the feeding, some time we could see the wild orangutan swinging between there tree on on our way. Late afternoon , observe the Proboscis Monkey and other primate along the river. Overnight on boat
Day 02: Pondok Tanggui-Camp Leakey
Breakfast on boat at 07,30 am boat up to Pondok Tanggui to witness orangutan feeding around 09.00 am. Upon arrival at Pondok tanggui, we walk to feeding area . Sail up the river at camp Leakey . Walking to the jungle to see orangutan are having some food. After that back to your boat continue down the river to find some monkeys such as Proboscis Monkey, Long tail macaque etc. After dinner night trekking in Tanjung Harapan to find such as tarsius, tarantula, snake and bird which are active at night time. Overnight on boat.
DAY 03 : Tree Planting- Jerumbun-Night Trekking
After breakfast on boat. Boating up to Jerumbun reforest station . trekking and planing some trees ( personal donation to local NGO ). at night you can trekking at this station to find Slow loris , overnight on boat
Day 04 Jungle trekking ) canoeing on black river
After breakfast on boat, trekking to the jungle through the rain forest it took around 2 or 3 hours, then take a canoe cruising the black river , try to find some bird or other animal. Lunch on boat. Afternoon visit Traditional village namely Tanjung Harapan, sigh-seeing and interaction with local people. Afternoon sail down the river to find fire fly on nipa palm.
Day 05 : HOUSE BOAT-LONG HOUSE -AIRPORT
After breakfast, return to Kumai Jetty, then pick up by our team transfer to Pasir Panjang village to see long house, then transfer out to airport, tour end
